Dearer Sean texted me yesterday he has a new camry for me. I came 9am. He said the car was sold out at 10am when I came 9am there. He showed me another higher price car. I said "No". I ordered on 7.12.2024. He didn't communicate with me properly in the mean time before showing the estimate date. He is very unprofessional and untrusty. I don't know what happened to him. Very unsatisfactory this time. He wasn't like the before.

If only negative stars were an option. There are warnings everywhere. Listen to the reviews- save yourself time and money. Avoid Star Toyota/Services like the plague. There are hundreds, if not thousands of garages in Queens alone. Anyone can get you OEM parts and BETTER car servicing. Do yourself a favor and don't glaze over the bad reviews. Great experience with Gilbert. I went to multiple dealers looking for a particular vehicle and they were charging massive markups. Gilbert offered me a fair deal and actually gave me options. I choose the deal that worked the best for me. Gilbert was honest during the whole transaction. Nothing changed when I picked up the vehicle. The price was as discussed. Would definitely work with Gilbert again.
Returned 2019 corolla on 3/21 and leased a 2022 corolla. As of 4/11 I am still being invoiced including late fee now, for 2019 corolla. My final lease payment was 2/26. I also received notification from my insurance carrier that NYS DMV has no record of the 2022 corolla being registered. Great! Now I'm driving an unregistered vehicle.

I recently brought a used car virtually based off of good faith. The saleman assured me that the car did not have any major scratches. As a matter of fact he sent me videos saying no scratches’. When I received the car he tried to blame the scratches on the auto transporter. Luckily the transporter took pictures of the scratches at the dealership. Same yourself a headache don’t buy from this dealerships. They will lie just to sell you a car. No integrity. I will see you in court. Don’t buy from this deal.
Service department is crap - Alex the shops service manager is unprofessional and becomes defensive when you find out they cut corners. Don’t waste your time here, very unprofessional, they will put your life in danger with the crap work they do and then blame the customer when you find out the problem. Won’t call you back and just kick you to the curb. We purchased a Highlander from this dealership with the sales person, Scott. He was so sincere and real! Having tried another dealership, it was so refreshing to work with Scott. He made the deal simple, no games, no issues, no playing around, giving us a fair deal and a fair trade in. While this dealership was a bit far from us, I would highly recommend it with no reservations. Great all around.

I'm very happy with my interactions with Shaun Hoq, sales person, and with Nick Tsolkas, General Sales Manager. Shaun was honest with information about the car I was purchasing, and I never felt pressured by him. He returned calls, TEXTS, and e-mails instantly. I was able to do 90% of the purchase remotely. Nick Tsolkas handled a concern that I had smoothly and with respect. I would buy another car from this dealership.
I purchased my first new car, Toyota Camry Hybrid, from Star Toyota of Bayside. I have worst buying experience ever, never went back to any Star dealership to buy anything again, I have purchased couple new cars in another dealership's after that. They lay to me, they rob me by charging me additional fees, they provided worst costumer service after the sale. I can prove everything with paperwork and receipts. I can't say one good thing about them.

Efren made the purchase part of getting my 2020 Corolla LE quick, efficient, and painless. Offered good tips, including which insurance company to go with (I had Geico in mind ahead of time too), and even which of 2 keys to leave with the parking garage.
Upfront and gave me the reason he was selling the Corolla for the price he stated. I like fact that, since I stated exactly what I want, no upgrades/add-ons, Efren went straight to the price and no BS and no pressuring, which is what I am sure everyone hates to deal with at a dealership.

This the fourth car I leased from the dealer. I found the dealer to be honest and helpful in finding the car I wanted, and they found it quickly. The salesman Mohammad was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and took care to make sure I was satisfied with the lease. The only reason I did not give the dealership 5 stars is that when I went to pick up the car there was only one key and it was difficult to have another key made. Two keys should have been with the car as soon as I picked the car up.
Not getting questions that I ask about how things went work in getting what comes with my purchase..simple answers...and no answers .salesman,uneducated
